Who we are?

We are o group of experienced teachers and educational actors from Greece, Spain and Romania (2 NGOs and 2 Schools). We come from 3 different systems of education, but we have in common the fact that we have created and successfully used a lot of online resources in pandemics.

Starting from some well-known stories around the world, we will create for Primary School 20 Educational kits (20 stories in text, audio and video sign language format with 10 items/activities related to each one of it) translated in 6 languages (Romanian, Spanish, Greek, English, Romanian and Romanian / International Sign Language).

The collection of over 1000 digital and media resources that support literacy and exploit the potential of storytelling will be posted on the portal afostodata.com/backtoschool and also on our partners websites (everyone will have a section with redirect to the main portal).

Parteners

Bigger Picture provides content in a modern and digital way, promoting diversity and inclusion for all children. From 2018 we are building afostodata.ro, a unique free concept in audio format, but also in Romanian sign language. Starting with February 2020, the platform was approved as a learning resource by the Ministry of Education for special and secondary education.
MERAKI is a Spanish NGO participating in three European projects with the role of training design, curriculum development and delivering of training courses.
Themistoklis School is a primary private school in Greece, with 700 students from all over the world and 28 teachers, partner in 7 Erasmus programmes. 2010 received The green action award by Education Ministry of Greece for a recycling programme.
CEIP Professor Ramiro Jover, Spanish public school with 12 classrooms Primary Education with a plurlinguistic curricula using the Flipped Classroom. First Erasmus experience.
